1. Eligibility
By purchasing from Nownix Labs, you represent that you are (a) at least 21 years of age, (b) a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional, and (c) purchasing compounds exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. Purchase is void where prohibited.
2. Research Use Only
All Nownix Labs products are sold for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. Nownix Labs assumes no liability for any use outside the stated research purpose.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Products sold by Nownix Labs have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of research chemicals.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods as displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. While we include complimentary shipment protection, Nownix Labs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, acts of nature, or events beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nownix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
Nownix Labs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
