Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method
Standard and two-day orders ship via FedEx or UPS with tracking included. Overnight orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Express.
Packaging
Orders are packed for secure transit with protective materials and tracking included. We recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival and storing compounds according to the product-specific guidance available to you.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional lead time — contact us before ordering.
Shipment Protection
All orders include complimentary shipment protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will reship at no cost to you. Contact support@nownixlabs.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly through FedEx.com or UPS.com using the provided tracking number.
